For bookings over 150 people standard hog roast is priced at
£5.50 per head for each person after 150  
 
Mediterranean Hog Roast

Includes: Free Range Dingly Dell Suffolk Pig basted
in garlic and herbs, Crackling, New Potatoes in
butter and chives, Tomato Red Onion and Basil
Salad, Mixed Green Salad, Salsa Verde, Ciabatta
Roll and disposable napkins, plates and cutlery.
80-100 people £800
120-150 people £950

For bookings over 150 people Mediterranean hog roast is priced at

Supreme Salad Menu

Includes: The same as the Standard Salad Menu
but with Jambalaya Rice Salad with Prawns.
Fresh Broad Bean, Pea, Feta and Mint Salad.
Roasted Mediterranean Vegetables with Cous Cous
and Italian Tuna Salad

Our Hog Roasts are served in a buffet style with our staff serving your guests. We can offer a table service at an extra charge and can also provide the hire of tableware and using our sister company Sauce Catering we can offer a full meal experience including starters and desserts whilst incorporating Hog Roast or any other spit roast as your main course. With all our packages they are to be used as a guideline as we can tailor them to suit your needs please contact us to talk further.
Please ask for other Spit Roast options including Lamb, Venison, Sirloin of Beef, Wild Boar and even Turkey.

  • All the pigs we cook are free range, which we feel is important for taste and for ones conscience!!
  • Our Pigs are cooked from raw on site then served fresh to you and your guests which is something else we feel strongly about to get the maximum succulence and flavour from the pig. Other companies have been known to turn up on site with a ready cooked pig, probably cooked the day before so I would imagine very dry, then re heated on site.
  • Our Salads are home made and are often also prepared on site to allow maximum freshness.
  • Our prices are very competitive if not unbeatable.
